Deposit Policy

The amount of deposit will depend on the price of the puppy. The pups are ready to ship or to be picked up at 6 weeks at which time they will be weined from the mother and eating dry dog food. I can keep the pup until it is 8 weeks old as some people had rather wait until they are 8 weeks old to seperate them from their siblings and mother. If there are extenuating circumstances, we can work somthing out. If I have received a deposit on a pup and for some unforseen reason, I cannot deliver the pup, I will make a full refund of your deposit. If I have not received full payment by 9 weeks of age I will consider the deposit forfited  unless there is a pre agreement, and there will be no refund.

The pup is guaranteed to be healthy and free of any genetic problems. I urge the buyer to have your pup checked by your own vet within 72 hours. By not having your pup checked within 72 hours would negate the guarantee unless of course it should be a genetic problem which I would take care of with a full refund or a pup of equal quality, if my vet concurs with the buyers vet.

CONTRACT FOR PUP

This is an agreement between Larry Hudson. seller and __________________buyer.

On the date of the sale this pup is in good health and is free of any life threatning disease.

The buyer has 72 hours (business hours) to have the pup examined by a veterinarian of

your choice. If the buyer has not contacted me within that time I will assume that the

buyer is satisfied with the dog and the pup was found free of any disease or life threatning

conditions.

The price of the pup is___________plus the price of the shipping crate and health certificate. If shipping is necessary, I will ship the pup COD due to the fluxuating cost.

The pup will be sold with a full registration. The new owner agrees to keep the pups

vaccination scheduled as suggested by the new owners veterinarian. The new owner

agrees to keep the pup free of internal and external parasites. The new owner must

agree to keep the dog in a fenced area. I do not sell dogs to anyone that may

consider keeping the dog tied.

I will guarantee the dogs hips for one year at which time the new owner, at his own expense,

will have the dog x-rayed  and have the x-rays submitted to OFA for evaluation. If the

dog is dysplastic a full refund of the purchase price will be returned to the buyer.

If the buyer decides to keep the dog, I will refund half of the payment price if the buyer

agrees to neuter the dog and presents proof of neutering.

I will also make a full refund if both testicles are not down by age of six months.If the

buyer chooses to keep the dog, I will refund half of the purchase price if the

owner will agree to neuter the dog.

The buyer agrees that this contract is fully understood by the buyer,

and the contract is in the jurisdiction of the state of Mississippi,

and in the county of Smith.
